The complex integration of varying industries into an already established healthcare business has proven challenging for operators to maintain quality assurance. This challenge has caused increased stress and burnout among employees and increased errors across accounts, resulting in decreased client satisfaction. The purpose of this intervention is to provide a revised and comprehensive training platform that targets specific deficiencies, based on collected incidents and their cumulative error and impact rates.
